Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions:

1. We strongly do not allow any wastage of florals or supplies! We will charge a penalty of $5 for every 100g of wastage. 

2. After your session is over, any over-run that is past 15min will be charged for the subsequent 1 hour at a rate of $12.50.

3. We will not be held liable for any lost items/ supplies should you bring in your own. 

4. If any item is already used or handled (i.e. flowers that are already extended or broken), it will be considered sold. 

5. Any selected items returned to the studio will be subjected to staff's discretion on whether it is still in good condition. 

6. For the use of package A & B unlimited fillers, any loose/unused florals should be returned back to studio and kept nicely.

 

All Canopy Studios staff reserve the right to decide on or make changes to the above terms & conditions based on case by case basis.
