Delivery is FREE for orders above $200. Otherwise, the delivery fee is at a flat rate of $15 islandwide. 

For customized flower arrangements or bloom boxes orders, we strongly recommend placing your orders at least 5 business days in advance to avoid any delays. For urgent orders, please reach out to us. 

RETURN POLICY

As each arrangement is thoughtfully handcrafted and often made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Should your order arrive damaged or if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@emflowerment.com, and we will do our best to assist.
