Sales \u0026amp; Commission (where applicable)\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e\u003cem\u003ePackage A – Monthly Rental:\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e- The Vendor retains 100% of sales proceeds; The Host does not take any commission.\u003cbr\u003e- Rates: $50 per month for 1 shelf (100cm)\u003cbr\u003e- Monthly rental will billed upfront \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e\u003cem\u003ePackage B – Commission Basis:\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e- The Host will collect payments on behalf of The Vendor and deduct a 15% commission per sale.\u003cbr\u003e- Sales will be tallied and paid out to The Vendor on a monthly basis, together with a simple sales report.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e6. Product Responsibility\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eThe Vendor is responsible for pricing, labeling, and tagging all products.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\n\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eThe Host will take reasonable care of displayed items but is not liable for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by negligence.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e7. Marketing \u0026amp; Promotion\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eThe Host may feature The Vendor’s products in social media posts, photos, or marketing materials.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003eThe Vendor agrees to allow such use of product images for promotional purposes without additional payment.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e8.
